This transformation is a complete reconfiguration of spaces to open up the floorplan, of this all-too-typical rambler, connecting it’s Owners to the equisite offerings of the site. With the new open floorplan and additional windows, much needed natural light and vistas through the home were provided. A sense of enlarged space was gained without adding to the home’s footprint of the house. Cabinetry, built-ins and circulation are multifunctional wherever possible reiterating this concept. The screen porch addition expands living out into the natural environment and transforms the typical rambler into a more lively piece of architecture.
